We put a voice. Part 2

Continuation of the article "Put the vote . "
In a previous article, we looked at theory and tried to produce our real voice. Interest in the topic has appeared.

The second part is a little less than completely consists of practice, therefore, without long conversations - stock up on chips and beer, and click "Next"!

    Foreword

We learned to yawn well (if not, read on anyway). Yawn, and pull the sound while realizing how our voice should go.

    And so, continue.

Lean back in a chair, relax your jaw. Think about how you relax it, how each muscle relaxes. The lower jaw drops, the tongue goes to the base. Moreover, this happens on its own, without muscle tension. Yawn. And pull the sound.

Maybe even if yawning is bad, or just does not yawn, now we are starting the basic exercises and we will succeed.

    Exercises

Stay relaxed with your lower jaw down and your tongue out. Next, there will be 4 exercises for which you are grounded, I guarantee this.
The main task of all 4 exercises is to breathe. It just needs to be done in various poses with different positions of the mouth. Performed within one minute. A break between exercises for 2-3 minutes.
    Do not forget about relaxation!

    1. Tighten your lips, while your teeth are not compressed. Breathe through your nose.
    2. Grit your teeth, squeeze your lips. Breathe.
    3. Unclench your teeth and lips, your mouth is slightly a half centimeter wide, hold your nose with your fingers. Breathe.
    4. Release your miserable nose - and breathe.

During the exercise, you will yawn - this is extremely good, yawn more. Yawning is very helpful.
It is advisable to perform these exercises more often. For example, in public transport - 1,2 and 4.
3rd (with a pinched nose) - for example, in the toilet. Understand.

Sometimes try to pull the sound when breathing after yawning. You will feel the sound as from the first article, loud and clear, which flows easily and freely, without muscle tension.
Try to calibrate - higher - lower.
We will pay attention to the tone in the next article.

Now do at least one exercise and try to evaluate the result. We will stretch the sound. Pronouncing sound is also included in the set of exercises, but it is better to perform it later, when you will be able to easily conduct loud sound without special amplification. But now let's try to understand what we did. The sound we have should be vibrating (in unison with the diaphragm).

    Profit

Listen to Habravideo, like this should work out for you.

Loud enough, the voice is not pinched, it feels like it diverges in all directions, and vibrates a little.

Sit up straight. With your back straight, one hand on the diaphragm. Relax your jaw. Inhale.
The throat twitches a little as if yawning, if you start yawning do not stop.
And pull the sound. Moan. Do not lower your head. Feel the vibration at hand (which the diaphragm rests, and not the head supports (pun, haha)).
    Great, we got a voice.

    Now what ?

The task for the next few days is to breathe through the mouth with a relaxed throat in the ways described above. It is important to use all four - this will allow you to better understand your voice, and it will become easier for you to manage it. Then we will train with tones, everything will be simple there, now it is difficult to start, and it is very difficult to remember to devote 10-15 minutes a day to this.
After that, let's move on to diction to clearly pronounce the letters.

PS If you do on the street - look so as not to disturb anyone. I once thought, and around midnight I really scared my grandmother from the back.

PSP In the first article I was asked about literature - we answer. In my opinion, a textbook worth reading in the first place, which includes breathing, diction and the rules of speech, is
    S. T. Nikolskaya “SPEECH TECHNIQUE” Moscow, 1978.
You can find yourself know where.

On this, we say goodbye for a short time, a loud voice to you and do not forget about it. /
