World passport

A few years ago I heard about such a phenomenon as World Citizinship and the availability of World Identity Card and World Passport, which now (umm since 1990) also has two visas - International Exit Visa and International Residence Permit. On a habr I did not find any information about it.

The organization’s website ( http://www.worldgovernment.org ) contains detailed information on how to obtain world citizenship, a world citizen passport, a marriage certificate, and why you do not need to pay taxes related to the expenses of the Ministry of Defense, etc.

The Institute of World Citizenship actually appeared in 1948, when Harry Davis, once a Broadway theater actor, as well as a bomber pilot during World War II, publicly announced in Paris that he refused to be a US citizen, as well as he is now a citizen of the world.
The public reaction was mixed, in his homeland he was mostly convicted of such a move, and the French government demanded that he leave the country no later than September 12. The only problem was that Davis did not have a passport and he could not do it.

However, on September 7, when a representative of the UN General Assembly declared Palais de Chaillot Square as international territory, and a few days later Davis, once in the territory of the recognized UN, again declared his decision to become a citizen of the world, and having a strong player like the UN next to him, he appealed to international laws, asking the UN to declare itself a world government, in accordance with 109 UN Declaration of Human Rights. In addition, he designed and released the first world ID - World Identity Card.

However, the UN office asked the local authorities to relieve him of this extravagant comrade, and on September 17 he was "forced" to leave the UN territory, but not without world citizenship.
The history of the adventures of Harry Davis lasted quite a long time, he was detained many times for lack of documents and for lack of citizenship, but now, for 50 years, there is an organization that is located in Washington, Columbia, and registers everyone for a modest fee, citizens of our common Homeland - the planet Earth.

Different sources speak of different figures, that now there are from half a million to a million registered citizens of the world. The site provides an impressive list of countries that at least once let in or out, that is, they recognized de facto citizens of the world armed with these blue passports with inscriptions in seven languages.
Also, world citizenship is officially recognized by five countries - Ecuador, Mauritania, Tanzania, Togo, Zambia and Burkina Faso.

Does any of the residents have personal experience in obtaining this magical document? Or does someone personally know who safely used this miracle?
