Utel - Provider vs Legal Entities

    Background

I want to tell you a story that has been going on for almost the whole of 2008.
Around the end of 2007, I got a great federal job, having worked a little for convenience, decided to merge all my branches into one vpn network, but of course officially through the provider, because of the large providers in the city the choice is not great, and the Internet was already there connected exactly to u-tel, I had to on it and stop my gaze.
He did everything as expected: wrote letters, concluded contracts, signed on both sides.

    Hard work with U-tel

Then the painstaking work began. With every call to the WSI, they put off everything until tomorrow, I patiently called every day or every other day, the most amazing thing is that the organization during these 6 months regularly paid for the supposedly already connected services (about 4t.r).
After 6 months, the situation was decidedly strange in general, the chief administrator after another kick from the bosses raised the vpn + internet connection, but for some reason instead of the standard constant-b he connected the ultra-megabit, which cost 35000r at that time, I was outraged but he reassured and said that everything will be fine.

    Consequences after work

They overdid it so much that they connected me several tariffs (Internet, Internet + vpn, ultra megabit) at once, so imagine what was going on in the accounting department after presenting the bills, and billing also turned off everything and, accordingly, the work of the entire enterprise stopped completely in December 2008 , no salaries, no electronic document-turnover, however, they could not solve this problem quickly either, they tormented me and the accountants for another 3 months , thereby vpn and the Internet did not work for 9 months in a row.

    Afterword

In the end, the problem was nevertheless resolved by filing a lawsuit, they sued for a full refund, plus legal and moral costs.
