Artem Geller is the founder and creative director of the Experienced Creative Bureau. Artem has 10 years of experience in web development as a designer and art director.

The main project of Artem and their bureau was the project kremlin.ru - the official website of the President of the Russian Federation. This project includes an Information resource on the activities of the head of state “Events”, institutions under the President “State”, a version of the portal of the President of the Russian Federation for the visually impaired, a Mobile Version of an information resource on the activities of the President of the Russian Federation, a service for sending letters to the President.

Most recently, Artem took part in the 404fest web developers festival , where he made a presentation on working on this important project.

As part of the 404ok weekly on-line conferences, we decided to give everyone an opportunity to learn more about this project.
