Firefound - find your stolen computer and clear your personal data

Sometimes losing your laptop is bad, not only because it is expensive or full of necessary information, but also because there may be a lot of data that is intended only for you. Firefound is a convenient plugin for Firefox that allows you to find your laptop and destroy all personal data on it in just a few simple clicks.

After installing the plugin, Firefound uses geolocation to determine your current location and sends this information to (your, if you like) server. If your laptop is lost, then you can get to the Fifefound web interface and find out where your laptop is now, as well as delete all your personal data.

Security levels are configured in such a way that you can, for example, receive letters if your laptop is used further than a few kilometers from your location, but it is even more convenient to delete some or all personal information in the browser if the attacker fails to enter the correct password with N-th attempts.
