Usability Marathon 2 - Now Free and Online

Last year, we, the UIDesign Group, held an educational event for Russian usability professionals . Basically, conferences and educational programs in our discipline are held abroad, and not everyone has the opportunity to attend such events. Therefore, we invited several prominent Western experts to Moscow, and they held seminars on usability research and interface design . The experience was successful, and we decided to organize the Marathon again.

Unlike last year, this year it will be held online, as a series of webinars. We hope that such a format will make the marathon more accessible and open to all interested in usability. We invited well-known Western experts with extensive practical experience. In particular, they will talk about usability metrics, about how best to prototype in Axure, how to build a usability promotion strategy, how to use statistical methods correctly, and will always reveal the relevant topic of justifying and selling usability services. In addition, we received confirmation from Kim Goodwin that she would conduct her seminar as part of our Marathon.

Despite the fact that we are organizing a usability marathon primarily for Russian participants, the online format of the event will allow specialists from all over the world to participate in it.

The Marathon itself will be free , in English . To participate in the Marathon, you will need to install the appropriate software and register for the selected webinars.

Registration will soon open on the official website of the event . There you can familiarize yourself with the program of the marathon and with its participants. We will inform you about the start of registration separately.
