Make up comments for the next project. It always bothered that the anchor in the comments lowered the screen to the desired end-to-end comment, while from an aesthetic point of view it would be nice if there would still be some kind of indentation from above the border of the screen to the comment itself.
The solution came by itself:
now all the anchors did not confuse the layout with their presence and were 10 pixels above their destination. The result was fine with me
