Kremlin Hacking Video Application

Continuing the theme of hacker attacks that our government agencies allegedly launch on ethnic government sites : Since some habrally people doubted that the Estonian authorities could openly report attacks on them from the “Kremlin IP addresses”, I got the corresponding fragment of the speech of the ambassador of this republic to Russia Marina Kalyurand. The fragment is small, nothing significant new has been said, but ... it sounds very cool!
