[3.0.] Jailbreak is delayed
The DevTeam team explained why the jailbreak of the latest firmware from Apple has not yet been jailed.
The subtotals are as follows:
* At the moment, there are 2 problems that we are trying to solve:
In the final 3.0, difficulties with YouTube on hacked devices (unofficially activated) were announced;
In the new version of asr, the bug that we used for custom IPSW firmware now causes a system crash on some devices. (For the curious, the details of the bug spelled out planetbeing a month ago).
* As of Thursday morning, we found a temporary solution to problem 2. As for No. 1, we are doing everything possible to overcome this ambush, but there is a chance that it will drag on, and we will release a preliminary version of the jailbreak that will not activate YouTube (only on unofficial phones, essno), but the complete, finished we will release the jailbreak version a bit later - as soon as we can solve everything.
I think many will agree that YouTube on an iPhone is not such an important thing, for the sake of which it would be possible to delay the firmware so long-awaited by users.
