The portable media players running Ubuntu Linux were launched by the Chinese company SmartDevices .
Models with a 4.3-inch touch screen are SmartQ 5 MID ($ 150), and a model with a 7-inch screen is SmartQ 7 ($ 190).
Characteristics of media players:
Both models are almost identical, both have Bluetooth and WiFi, 128 MB of RAM and 1 GB of flash memory. Both models are distributed with the same Ubuntu Linux distributions.
