Skype for legal entities
Skype is probably a very convenient thing. (We will not touch on the issue of security and other IT issues) But if you look from the point of view of use in an organization in Russia, there is one big headache.
Do not conclude an agreement with skype - eBay (the current owner of skype) does not have representative offices in Russia, you can’t get any acts and invoices, you can’t get an invoice for the organization, you can pay only as an individual (immediately charge or cash out or drain money in offshore). Yes, and fail to pay without passing one or two intermediaries, each having unfastened a small, but commission.
This will probably change over time - you can recall how much smut was delivered before accounting and payment for mobile phones. A few years will pass - and representatives, accounts will also open; convenient business practice will develop ... But for now, Skype is not for business. So, play
around ... (Comments are welcome regarding who draws up expenses for skype on accounting)
