Check upside down

There was a production need to throw out the data filling panel not down from the registration button, but up. Along the way, the idea was born to add functionality to the button itself, displaying hints on it:

the form device dictates the filling order, for users with no paranoia (paranoia in general, and “paranoia filling scatter” - in particular) this should not be burdensome.
