Sometimes someone needs to find a person for some purpose:
Find people in a fitness group to get a good group discount
Find a partner or a partner for dancing (where “your” partner is needed)
Find people who want to travel / go to some that place
Find a native speaker who wants to learn (and who is learning your native language)
Find people who can play any musical instrument (if they are needed in a group)
Find a neighbor to share an apartment
Find model or sitters for artists, sculptors, or photo rafov
Find a girlfriend with a stroller for walks together (they are 5-7 km. run with a sidecar)
Find a sparring partner for boxing or fencing (or any other pair of the sport)
Find players or masters for a joint game ("role playing", "auto-patrol", etc.)
And so on.
The idea is to create a website that allows people to find each other.
Monetization .
You can get money in fairly simple ways - as we have a clear audience (even if there will be 20 main thematic sections), you can target advertising of goods / services to these groups. In the headings "photographers" advertise props, equipment, and graphic software and services; in the group “trips” - tickets, equipment, in the group “girlfriend with a stroller” - goods for young children and young mothers; etc.
Important feature of the service:it should not be biased towards "Dating" and "Work". For these purposes, there are quite a lot of sites - mamba / loveplanets, frelansa.ru, and so on.
And it is important for the described service to maintain positions in its niche, covering it entirely. And only after that thinking where to develop further.
