Tell Windows hosting with support for .NET 3.5 SP1 and ASP.NET MVC

Hosting is needed so far only for training (more precisely, for self-development), most likely there will be yet another personal blog => I want something inexpensive and adequate :)
PS I was in Google, I want personal impressions
PPS did not understand what were the disadvantages? on habr search does not yield anything sensible
