Greetings, dear. I will be brief.
I am pleased to inform you that on February 5, 2009, we launched the new season of the “Federal User Support Program” with slightly updated rules and a prize pool. On the whole, everything remained the same as before: we expect interesting, original and high-quality content from you, and you, in turn, have the right to expect community recognition and some material benefits from Habr: ABBYY FineReader Home Edition 9 and ABBYY software products Lingvo Medved Edition provided by Allsoft , and original gadgets from the Smart Masses online store .
So, the rules:
- rewards are received by users whose topics were the best for the month: from 00:00 05.02.09 to 23:59 05.03.09;
- only ordinary topics, topics-translations and podcasts participate in the program (that is, topics-links and questions do not participate. And even the Inner Voice does not participate!) Published on Habré from 00:00 05.02.09 to 23:59 05.03 .09;
- the topic should be an independent work of the author (texts, pictures, files from other sites do not take part; it is allowed to use other people's pictures only as accompanying illustrations);
- the topic must be original, that is, first published on the Web (in this case, subsequent parallel publication elsewhere is allowed, it is not allowed to only use texts previously published on their blogs);
- the topic should not be a discussion of Habr, other Topical Media projects and the company itself, as well as Allsoft.ru and Smart Masses companies and their services and products;
- topics published in non-core blogs (“Humor on Habrahabr”, “Offtopic”, “Proverbs” and others) that are not directly related to IT topics do not participate in the competition;
- employees of Thematic Media, Allsoft and Smart Masses companies, their relatives, relatives of their relatives, and also their virtuals do not have the right to participate in the FPPP program :)
- the topic should become a leader honestly, i.e. no circumvention of rules, cheating using virtuals, hidden and open vulnerabilities are prohibited. We will follow!
- if two or more topics of the same author take prizes, only the best topic is taken into account.
The author of the topic that scored the maximum points for the month will receive from us and Allsoftone of the following software products to choose from: ABBYY FineReader Home Edition 9 or ABBYY Lingvo Medved Edition . The second program will go to the second-place author. Well, together with the third place, we and the Smart Masses online store will present one of the original gadgets , also to choose from.
