iPhone as a WiFi joystick

Not so long ago I came across an interesting program that allows you to use the iPhone accelerometer as a standard joystick.

The program, in fact, consists of two two parts.
This application is from the AppStore, and, in fact, the driver for the computer. Communication goes through WiFi.

One of the interesting features of ZooZControl is the automatic change of virtual buttons on the screen, and depending on the running game. Light version supports two sets, paid ($ 1.99) - unlimited.

Download ZooZControlHost and install. The program will require confirmation when installing the drivers.

Then download ZooZ Control Lite (well, or Pro, who do not mind :)) from the AppStore.

    Now run the application:

Launch ZooZControlHost on the computer, click on Connect, and enter the IP, which is written on the iPhone at the top of the application. If the wifi works for you, then the message Connected to [address] will appear.

Now go to the Control Panel -> Game Devices, the list should contain ZooZ Conrol Joystick. Click Properties, and try to twist the iPhone in the air and push the buttons.

Then the device will need to be calibrated (Settings tab), and rejoice at the new original input device :)
