Project in 7 days. Arguments for a quick start.

    As the past weeks have shown, the 7-day approach to launching the All-Made service met our and not only expectations, which means we need to move on.

    It was possible to check the frequently encountered statements that it is better to release a service with a key function in a minimum time, and to postpone the creation of additional features until a later date. It was hard to believe in that, but it really is.

    Scheduled start and motivation of participants is very important. A quick result strengthens the morale of the team. This approach allowed the first users to test the idea. Only by the reaction of users can we judge its viability. A quick start “forces” to release a product that is very easy for users to understand.

    Over the past few weeks after the launch I did everything I managed:

    * to completely change the appearance of the product;
    * add the function of labels and assignment of cases to the day of the week;
    * Add reminders by e-mail (in the morning you get a to-do list for the day).

    UPD And most importantly, now you can not only add notes to the to-do list by voice by simply ringing from the phone, but also assign temporary (and other) marks to such entries.

    For example, if you call and say: Label tomorrow Call for an extension of the contract ; then the case will be added to the list and automatically linked to tomorrow, and the next day you will receive a reminder by e-mail.
