What can be pressed will be pressed

Most recently, an application with the explicit name I Am Rich appeared on the Apple Store , for which the maximum price for the apple store was set: $ 999.99 ( they already wrote about it on Habré ).

It is clear that the application does not have any useful functionality - this is just a demonstration of its own solvency and another reason to “bend your fingers” in front of friends. According to some rumors, when you start the application there is only a “rich man’s mantra”, which must be repeated every morning before breakfast.

But like everything in this world that can be created, broken and pressed - it will be, in this particular case, pressed. What this screenshot demonstrates. And even despite the fact that it may turn out to be another fake skillfully executed in Photoshop, I still want to believe in its truth.

For people who do not speak the language of Byron and London (of which, I hope, less and less every day), I translate:

It's not a joke. I need someone from Apple to help me with this trick. I saw this application with several friends, and for the sake of a joke, we clicked “buy”, thinking that all this was a joke and deciding to check what would happen. I forgot that my wife activated iclick (if I'm not mistaken, this is transferring money from a credit card to an Apple Store account) to buy a laptop and the application was actually bought for $ 999. I called Visa and there they confirmed to me that $ 999.99 was requested from the card and now they are waiting for confirmation of the transaction from the store. I explained that it was a mistake, but the bank insisted on talking to the store to verify the sale before they could cancel it.
This is such a problem ... no one can contact Armin Heinrich (author of the application) or Apple to help me. Now I am stuck between two ends awaiting confirmation of a purchase transaction. THIS IS NOT A JOKE ... DO NOT BUY THIS APPLICATION AND, APPLE, PLEASE REMOVE THE APPLICATION FROM APPLE STORE ... APPLE SHOULD MUST BE STARTED TO NOTICE THESE FALSE APPLICATIONS AND DECEPTIONS. People get the benefits of buying on the App Store ... it won’t end well ... BEWARE !!!

(the author’s spelling is preserved, the translation is almost literal)

What can I say about this ... the guy who pressed the BUY button with the thought that it is a joke, of course, is not a victim of circumstances, but a complete idiot.

Nevertheless, the moral of this fable is quite clear. After assurances that Apple will allow only high-quality applications to be sold, the online store, in fact, was filled with frank crap with zero functionality, a 13th-century design and, God forgive me, ugly icons. The latter should simply infuriate all Mac enthusiasts.

And the sensational I Am Rich application was quickly removed from the virtual shelf of the store. Maybe in vain - it would be a science for different jokers, like Lee5279xx.

    Dvice delivers.
