True (eastern parable)
When Muhammad escaped from persecution and was searched everywhere, Ali, his father-in-law, came up with a saving thought: he hid the prophet in a high basket that is worn on his head, put this heavy burden on his head and walked, balancing, between the guards of the city gates.
- What's in your basket? Asked one of the guards.
“The Prophet Muhammad,” Ali answered.
The guards were so dumbfounded by this unexpectedly impudent response that they laughed and let Ali pass.
