Simple and convenient IRC client

New version of the client:



Changes:
- saving message history,
- user statuses (online, absent, do not disturb),
- gender of interlocutors (compatible with KVIrc),
- possibility of ignoring users,
- automatic update

The program is distributed under the GNU GPL license .
Advice, suggestions and constructive criticism are welcome.
