Crashed recently to the site of the wonderful gtalk2voip.com service to see what new baubles appeared and saw interesting news for January 29 about www.groovytel.com service
In brief - personal American phone number with the ability to redirect to Google Talk, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Free World Dialup , Gizmo5. When registering, they allow me to choose a number from 3 offered, they gave me the form + 15672587XXX. It really works only on gtalk. When making a call - gtalk receives a call from a subscriber with a phone number (if defined).

Update:
After wandering around the Internet, I discovered another site www.ipkall.comwhich has great advantages over groovytel (for me personally) in the possibility of use in hardware solutions (supports SIP and IAX). Configured forwarding to sipnet.ru account which is set up on AudioCodes MP-202. Now, to receive calls, a computer is not required and you can use a regular phone apparatus =)
Also, free tel. a number in Germany (Munich) of the form +49 (89) 721010 XXXXX is
provided by the sip operator www.bluesip.net; forwarding to another sip account does not support.
