For some time now I ’ve been listening to the eslpod.com podcast hosted by Dr. Jeff McQuillan. The issues are divided by topic. For each podcast you can see the text in question. At first, the text on the topic is read slowly enough for perception. Then the leader takes it apart, explaining some words. And it's all free! If you subscribe, you will be able to access additional materials for each issue in pdf format, where there will be more examples of the use of new words and other useful materials.
