For a long time I did not upload any plugins, although I managed to try quite a lot.
So what am I talking about? Oh yes, there are probably a few people who downloaded and installed my version of Ajax Comment , but this is not the main thing, but the fact that I had a blog with a certain periodicity, when I sent a comment, I got an error about “The time is up. The server did not respond on time. "
I climbed up to look for a new version of this plugin and was delighted with the message “Pay $ 1”. And I didn’t feel sorry for the money to buy it a couple of months ago, just the possibility of payment was only through PayPal, which was too lazy to register.
Here the other day I just registered and bought the new (2.09) version, and I liked it very much, I will list features from the author, and highlight the most interesting in red:
The plugin now works fine with WP AJAX Edit Comments , which previously had to be disabled. I didn’t even have to make any changes in order for the plugin to start working adequately with captcha, so all I did was translate a couple of lines of errors into Russian.
And most importantly, in my opinion, now instead of the Java script of the Prototype + Scriptaculous library, a lighter (in size) jQuery is used.
Well, here’s a reference to the Ajax-Comments 2.09 plug - in itself (90 kb), I think the author will not cry much that I give it out for free, because “what Russian does not like freebies”, besides the GNU GPL v2 allows me to to do, I made changes to the source code)))
I’ll make a reservation right away - the plugin has tested little, so I ask you to “torment” it well in the comments and leave feedback on the work.

- No need to change anything in the template code. It works immediately after activation.
- It uses the WordPress Plugin API, so it works great with other plugins.
