Google analytics calculation script updates
On Friday (December 14), Google updated its Google analytics counter. Of course, on Friday there was no longer any desire to deal with the new product, but today we have already managed to turn it in our hands and see what new things are being offered to us.
The graphical interface has been updated, with which you can compare data from several sources: That is, now you can compare, for example, how traffic from a certain source (for example, Adwords) is converted compared to any other specific source and so on (see help )

Also for the public in this beta version of the counter a new script is presented for insertion into your ga.js pages, the old urchin.js will work as before, but it is recommended to install a new one on new sites. The ability to upgrade the old script to the new one is also provided, even the manual was written on 22 pages, you can read the T racking Code Migration Guide (PDF) :)
In the manual, in addition to replacing the new script with the old one, the new functions are described in sufficient detail. :
In one form or another, some functions were already in the old version, but after the update their use became more simple and intuitive.
