RoboPhilo - a $ 500 Humanoid Robot

Surely you know that recently in the world and even in our country there are more and more compact robots. There are a lot of simple devices in stores with a cost in the region of $ 100-150 which are quite affordable, but, unfortunately, are quite limited in their capabilities. Also in large cities it’s not a problem to buy a robot from $ 1,000 and above. But in the middle price group is not so simple. There are devices, but not many. One of the new products in this segment is RoboPhilo.


Robo philo, This is a compact robot that implements quite complex movements and at the same time its cost is much lower than the analogues common now. For his $ 500, this sturdy man is able to compete with more expensive competitors on an equal footing and at the same time you do not need to throw your life to the altar of robotics and programming to enjoy it.



The robot comes pre-assembled and therefore you do not need to spend hours or days assembling all the components. Also included is a convenient program for programming new movements, an SDK for those who want to use all the features of the robot and the control panel.



The thirty-centimeter robot is equipped with twenty separate servos allowing maximum use of all limbs in complex scenes. Unfortunately, to reduce the price, the developers had to use a plastic chassis and simpler servos, however, the robot is not bad at all.
