Agency King Research , having polled 961 IT-specialists, believes that Windows Vista will reduce the share of Microsoft operating systems on the desktops of corporate employees.
90% of respondents question the transition to Windows Vista, and more than half do not plan to switch to Vista in the near future. But 9% of specialists are already working on migration to other operating systems, and a quarter of respondents plan to begin the corresponding process soon. According to experts, virtualization technology and the incompatibility of Vista with a part of the software help them migrate.
