just steered an interesting thing on the network - Sistr
is essentially a sIFR clone - a workaround that allows you to bypass font restrictions in HTML, i.e. show blocks of text on the page in a font that is not installed on the client.
for example like this: sIFR example Sistr example actually “interesting” is that it was originally a flash idea ported to silverlight. the era of ports is coming !? ;)
