According to the car's license plate number, bloggers determined that High Tide Heels flippers were photographed in Belgium. And a snapshot from a different angle, published on a Belgian blog, later confirmed this version. It also turned out that Australian designer Lisa Carney made similar flippers in 2002 for the Australian Fashion Week, but the possibility of acquiring such “fashionable shoes for divers” is still not obvious.
