Something broke?

I’m wondering, only I had some kind of glitch and I can only write to my personal blog , or did someone else come across this?
How it happened: I wrote to myself calmly the news in the blog “ Fire Fox ” that a new version was released. I checked everything, entered the labels, everything is beautiful and correct. I click “Publish” and I get the error: “No blog selected”, and all blogs except my personal one have disappeared from the list.
As always on the agenda: what to do?
