Live Earth live streaming will be available online

On July 7, the MSN portal, including its Russian version, starts an online broadcast of Live Earth concerts in the USA, Great Britain, Australia, Japan, China, South Africa, Brazil, Germany, and Turkey. They are attended by Madonna, Beastie Boys, Black Eyed Peas, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Smashing Pumpkins, Duran Duran, Foo Fighters, Genesis, Metallica, Pussycat Dolls, Kelly Clarkson, The Police, Alicia Keys, Bon Jovi, Snoop Dogg, Enrique Iglesias, Shakira, Linkin Park, Lenny Kravitz and many other artists.

“The Live Earth Campaign, aimed at raising awareness of climate change, was sponsored by Al Gore and supported by international celebrities and musicians. The broadcast will begin simultaneously on all continents - on the night of July 7 (for residents of Russia living according to Moscow time, the broadcast player will be available from 4 a.m.) and will last 24 hours. The video player allows you to switch between live broadcasts, past concerts, a photo gallery of performers, videos of Live Earth and artists. In addition, you can create your own playlists and send to friends. The video stream is encoded in Windows Media format, so it will be available in all browsers for which there is a plug-in that allows you to play streams in this format, in particular - IE and Firefox.
