MySpace helped find a foster daughter

Amazing - nearby. The social site MySpace , originally conceived as a youth resource, helped a married couple from Michigan adopt a child.

Sherry and Karl Dittmar already have their own son and two foster children, but they also wanted a little girl. To achieve the goal, an account was opened on MySpace, and during this week the spouses received over 1,700 offers for adoption (more precisely, for adoption). The leader in the number of sympathies from the “parents” was a pregnant young girl who agreed to give her unborn child to another family.

    O tempora, about mores.
