"ICQ" is normal

Today, for three hours, users could not use the services of the ICQ service. In this regard , Rambler gave an official comment: “The problem affected ICQ users around the world and was temporary. At noon Moscow time (at 9:00 GMT), AOL and Mirabilis specialists who manage the ICQ service fixed the problems. At the moment, all ICQ clients are operating normally. ”

Further, Rambler, as the Russian partner of ICQ, apologized for the inconvenience caused by the interruption of the service.
