Grodno branch of Beltelecom boasted of its achievements

I recently read Beltelecom's report on development in the Grodno region. For example, in the region today, over 37 thousand people use the Internet. While the most visited resource in the same area (everyone guessed that we are talking about the Grodno forum ) has only 1150 (on average) visitors per day.

The conclusion suggests itself: most Internet users from Beltelecom are limited to mail and republican news, completely not interested in local news - therefore, the Grodno community of sites has something to strive for.

According to Beltelecom itself, today all the regions of the region are connected by fiber-optic communication lines, the intraregional and city rings have been built in Grodno, Lida, Slonim and Smorgon.

There is a separate discussion about Grodno, they say that there is still no ADSL on Suvorov, because there is no fiber laid. And GrodnoZhilStroy year knocked out the laying of fiber optics to his company to connect to the same ADSL. It turns out that the plan is being implemented at the expense of applications from large consumers of Beltelecom’s services, and for ordinary mortals, no one is scratched to make a normal and accessible Internet.

In total, $ 15 million was invested in the development and technical re-equipment of funds by the Grodno branch of Beltelecom over the past year.

When our Internet becomes accessible and widespread, and then 37,000 (this is 3.2% of the population of the region) Internet users from more than a million residents of the region somehow suggest sad thoughts and have nothing to brag about here.

At the same time, there is no alternative to Beltelecom in Grodno - the network from Garant was laid far from in the whole city with its prices starting at 14 rubles per megabyte and at a speed of 800 kbps, and ADSL from Atlant Telecom was promised only by the end of this year.
