Admins: team or not?

I would like to know what the relations between the administration are based on, is it a professional relationship when no one is afraid to criticize or is it friendly, when one is afraid to criticize the other, because he is afraid of disagreements? In which case one admin will criticize the other, at least in personal correspondence? And then I noticed that somehow the people are strange to criticism. Have recent deniskin actions been discussed at all?

I just would like to know what the future of the project is, since more than a dozen projects in my memory fell apart due to the unprofessionalism of the organizers, including because of unexpected disagreements. And in my opinion, there are no unexpected disagreements, just the people delay them / save up as a result, when they still pour out, then the size is already impressive.
