Google shows old maps

You can see today's Earth using Google Earth maps. But what did the planet look like before when it was not photographed from a satellite, but painted “by eye”?

Google enthusiasts have digitized some of the maps from the American collection and added them to the Google Earth program. Now everyone can see Asia at the beginning of the 18th century (1710) and Africa at the end of the same century (1787), as well as see the globe with the eyes of Cassini (1790) and get acquainted with the maps of David Rumsey 1680- 1892 years.
