Six Apart Launches Vox Platform

The company Six Apart , which owns LiveJournal, has announced the launch of a new generation of free blogging platform Vox , which we described in detail during its testing. This development has incorporated all the best from MovableType and LiveJournal and is a mixture of blogs and social networks.

According to the company's vice president Anil Dash, the Vox platform is designed for communication between close people and provides a wide variety of options and tools for this communication. Each account holder gets the opportunity to create their own multimedia blog and fill it with content: text, photos, audio and video files, and even books from Amazon.com .
