Force update Rambler ICQ

Yesterday (on someone else’s computer, I didn’t have the time / opportunity to examine carefully), I saw the following picture: when Rambler-ICQ 5.0 was launched, a window appeared offering to upgrade to 5.1 and there was no way to continue working without updating .

If this is massive, and not a glitch (?!) of a particular computer, then Rambler has a completely new marketing style.
