From the Windows Vista Team blog, Microsoft became aware of a revision of its licensing policy for the new Windows Vista operating system.
Previously, information was circulated that a license can be transferred only once, but now this “barrier” has been defeated, respectively, this opens up unlimited opportunities for enthusiasts and users who constantly update system components or completely update their PC.
