In accordance with the decision of the government of the Russian Federation, they are required to keep records of conversations, messages, images, videos and other user data for six months and provide them at the request of special services.
According to the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media, the cost of implementing the Law of Spring for Internet companies with 500,000 active users will be about 20 million rubles.
