    How good is our Sberseasons internship program? We have many great interesting projects to choose from. They are tied to a modern technological stack, and then you can put them in your portfolio. Plus, it can be combined with study. Of course, we pay it.

    Data engineering


    Data engineering is a great opportunity to start a career in the field of working with data for people who have only a basic understanding of machine learning, but are interested in database development and management.

    At the internship, students will create storefront prototypes for developing machine learning models and data analysis. Examples of projects to which trainees will be connected:

    1. Analysis of data on corporate clients, creation of ML-solutions for finding corporate clients, analysis of data on investment transactions, creation of decision-making algorithms.
    2. Development of a concept for digitalization of customer experience.
    3. FastGraph graphical platform - refinement and optimization of existing algorithms, implementation of new graphical algorithms, participation in the development and optimization of solution architecture, analysis of analogues, integration with external tools, prototyping of alternative solutions.



    UX / UI Design


    The clear design is a must have for any product. We are waiting for you to create user-friendly interfaces for client applications together. The tasks depend on the project you will be involved in, but here are some examples:

    1. Designing IOS mobile application interfaces in accordance with business requirements;
    2. development of user interface scripts based on analytical data;
    3. analysis and optimization of existing interfaces;
    4. prototype development for usability testing;
    5. visualization of strongly connected graphs in three-dimensional space;
    6. creating a variety of UI components and animations, implementing modules for testing, dynamic customization mechanisms. Creating visuals to display various financial indicators of the company. Interactive design.



    Data science


    One of the most sought after destinations. The main focus will be on prototyping, real work with data, participation in problem setting, transferring simulation results for automation and preparation for real pilots. We have a whole laboratory cluster, which allows us to do very, very much, and after the internship you will be able to record one of these projects in your resume:

    1. development of models describing customer preferences that predict the behavior of customers by their transactional activity;
    2. analysis of texts of appeals, including analysis of tonality, clustering of appeals, etc.
    3. checking the quality of ML models, assessing the economic effect of models on the bank’s business, developing mathematical tests and conducting research;
    4. development of new fraud detection models;
    5. development of anti-fraud algorithms (generating new ideas, identifying new trends);
    6. Analysis of cases of prevented and successful fraud in the bank’s channels (Internet banking, processing operations, internal fraud, and so on).
    7. Work on the People Analytics project - building predictive models on HR data,
    8. Text mining and pattern recognition projects.

    Python development


    Python is one of the most popular languages ​​in the world. Most often it is associated with Data Science, but we at the bank use it to develop business applications and their back-end. If you choose this direction, it will work with us on such tasks:

    1. create an innovative real estate platform;
    2. study the QlikView tool for building bank statements;
    3. Speech recognition
    4. analyze video (counting people on video);
    5. Develop microservices for applying ML models.

    In addition to all this, we have as many as 14 directions, almost for every taste. A complete list of them can be found here .

    If something interests you, it makes sense to hurry up - the acceptance of applications for the internship will end on March 5 (and in some popular areas it is possible earlier). Those who manage to apply in the future are waiting for the following steps:

    • until March 11 - testing in some areas of the internship;
    • until March 18 - consideration of applications;
    • from March 20 to March 29 - face-to-face interview with HR and the head of the department;
    • April - going to the internship.
