Strange clues (or indecent suggestions)

Try to enter the word "Sell" in the search string google.ru (namely .ru). If you have not noticed anything strange, you can not go under the cut.

But if you work through a Russian provider and do not use proxy services, you will see the following there:

Pay attention to the second point.
We turn on the plugin “browsec” in the browser (via the Netherlands), specify the google.com domain (not “.ru”) in the line. We get:

Now we go through Tor, specify the domain "google.com". Result:

Finally, we go by the same Thor to “google.ru”. We get:

I did these experiments, changing the system language, proxies, and domain of entry. The search engine offers to "sell a kidney" in two cases: either if I work through a Russian provider, or if I use the google.ru domain.

We know that issuing search hints, as well as sorting its results, can be used as a way to advertise goods and services. (This is in addition to “natural” sorting, when the most common queries are pushed up). For example, apartments and houses in Svetlogorsk are not sold so often with us that this request just got into the first clue, right? I hope that the kidneys are sold even less often.

I am far from the indecent assumption that the "corporation of good" is cooperating in this area with the figures of the organ trading business banned in the Russian Federation. Help to understand the dumb, how then did this clue get there?
