Humanoid robots
On a habr sometimes they talk about the future of mankind, about the principles of the existence of human society, if you install a camera, a GPS system, a microphone for everyone and put it all into a huge information network where any event that happens will be accessible with the click of a button.
But man always dreamed of invulnerability, teleportation and superpowers.
But what if they create a huge army of fighting humanoid robots (or rather, just humanoid ones) and put each newborn in a capsule (something like a matrix cell), implant implants into the brain and other parts of the body so that it will fully see and feel then that one of the humanoid robots sees and feels and will be able to fully "get used" to it and control it. And also add the ability to switch robots for "teleportation" and in case of failure.
That is, the city and streets will look the same as now only heavy-duty robots will walk on them. They will also talk, laugh, have fun, work, and at the same time they will be controlled by living people from the matrix. They will not be afraid of physical damage, they will have superpower. If one person "teleported" from one robot to another, the freed robot will simply automatically go to the nearest "parking lot" and fix there. Also, people can make "upgrades" of their iron bodies, change their appearance, appearance and parameters. Robots will be made as close as possible to the human body in appearance. The transfer of the current state from the robot to the person and vice versa will be carried out by satellite and into a further unified network.
After all, something similar can be done now - a virtual reality helmet + sensors on arms and legs.
If you develop this idea, then further at the birth of a child (more precisely, cloning) in general, only his brain will be taken out. This brain is placed in the next cell of the matrix, a remote “iron body” is assigned to it, its lifespan and social status are determined. In such a civilization there will definitely not be problems with crime, diseases, and indeed almost all the problems of modern society will recede into the background. Everyone will be happy and will have unlimited possibilities :)
Well, how do you like this thought? Your opinion on how soon it will be realized :).
UPD Sex and love are good. But this instinct is necessary for man to procreate. When cloning people, it will no longer be needed. I do not propose now urgently starting to use this "technology", I just express a small utopian thought :)
