UP - a board on the Intel x5-Z8300 platform in the Raspberry Pi2 form factor

On Kickstarter, fundraising for the UP project continues - a breadboard based on the new Intel x5-Z8300 processor in the Raspberry Pi2 form factor. According to the authors of the project, its goal is to fill the gap between low-power RISC cards and productive, but inaccessible and expensive industrial solutions. A compromise was made possible by using a processor from the recently announced Atom X line . The specifications of the card are shown in the table under the cut.
The cost of a card on Kickstarter ranges from $ 89 to $ 319, depending on the configuration. Almost half of the requested amount has already been collected.
