As a kind of trolling or for some other reason, the Swiss watchmaker Swatch has registered two brands that sound very familiar.

Application for registration of the trade mark ONE MORE THING ™ filed November 27, 2014 (number 670 301 , will expire November 27, 2024. Trademark Tick different ™ another registered. The application submitted July 16, 2015. If the certificate is issued, it will be valid until July 16, 2025.
Until that time, no company except Swatch has the right to use registered trademarks in Switzerland.
The ONE MORE THING ™ trademark extends to several dozen types of activities, including science, navigation, surveying, photography, cinema, weighing, measuring, rescue and training equipment, etc. (another 26 types of activities are on the list, including computers and software).
It is not known how long Swatch lawyers have been compiling this list, but they obviously tried not to miss anything. One can only guess how they are a rescue device "One More Thing" or a geodetic tool with the same name or motto. But they certainly will not refuse creativity.
With the release of “smart” watches Apple Watch, Swatch and Apple have become, in a sense, competitors, so that such Swiss actions can be seen as a step in the competition.
