Chinese drones guard exams
A Westerner has long had an idea of China as a country of copies. Nevertheless, the Chinese are doing well in this, which raises the idea of the nation’s genetic tendency to imitate and cheat.
But if this tendency is an unrivaled trump card for the country's foreign economic success, then it is a big brake on domestic social policy. Especially when it comes to cultivating your own educated elite. Last year alone, about 8,000 Chinese were expelled from US universities for cheating.
Every year, in early summer, China launches "Gaokao" - a two-day entrance exam that will determine the future of local teens. And this is almost 9 million people, most of whom are from poor families, for them entering a university is the only social elevator in their life.
However, according to statistics, approximately 2 million applicants fail the exam. The stakes are high, and naturally, in such a situation, cheating becomes an unwritten tradition among exam participants.

For their part, the authorities in the fight against cheating every year more and more tighten the screws. They sit down one at a time, introduce criminal liability for aiding, and remove the applicant for 3 years from passing the exam again.
In the class for 30 people alone, more than 10 network connections were recorded. The red button on the phones is sealed to prevent the call from dropping.
Some of us still found a time when cheat sheets were pinning to a skirt or writing on our palm. However, with tight control, the earpiece turned out to be the most effective and inconspicuous method. Today, some of them are so small that you can get them out of your ear only with a magnet.

So this year, Chinese examiners in the fight against cheating decided to use special drones - flying locators, which are able to detect radio broadcasts within a radius of 500 meters and track accomplices or an unlucky swindler.
Although, it seems to me, even such a method is not able to stop human laziness and ingenuity.
