Confluence and Jira platforms are used in every second IT company. And it’s not always exclusively as error tracking systems and collaboration environment (as the creators position them). Here, for example, Confluence acts as a platform for corporate training, and Jira, among other things, to optimize the work of multilingual support sites. Colleagues who work with these systems decided to hold a meeting of the Atlassian User Group in Moscow at our office, to which we invite everyone on October 26th.
The meeting is dedicated to Atlassian developments and their practical application. Our colleagues will explain why we chose Confluence and Jira, and also share tips & tricks, the tricks of adapting this software to our needs, the experience of dealing with problems in the configuration process and extracting undoubted benefit at the exit.

Confluence as a portal for corporate training
Rodion Nagornov, head of the training and certification group, will tell you how to turn Confluence into a platform for organizing corporate training (in conjunction with LMS EduBrite through the Gilly plugin). Such a scheme was developed four years ago and during this time has undergone many changes. His story includes a description of the capabilities of the used product bundle and improvements implemented by LMS manufacturers during the period of the system’s operation.
Managing a support site using the Jira Service Desk
Senior technical writer Evgeni Ozerov and translator Alexandra Prudnikova will share secrets as Kaspersky Lab managed to optimize the creation and translation of articles for the support site, simplify communication between technical writers and translators, and save time on processing requests using the Jira Service Desk.
Analysis of Atlassian application data with eazyBI
Raymonds Simanovskis , founder of eazyBI, a company developing business intelligence tools, will talk about how his products analyze Atlassian application data and answer any questions. And he will answer in Russian.
