One Core API to edit Windows

Merry Christmas to the hawkers! And we have a holiday surprise for you!

We present to your attention the project One Core API - an open source compatibility layer for Windows XP / 2003, which allows you to run programs on these systems for later operating systems. This is essentially an wrapper for NT6 features. Support for DirectX 10 is provided through additional tricks. One Core API is based on the sources of Wine and ReactOS, but another team is developing it.
