3CX Enterprise Edition, an extension for Chrome CallVia3CX, Zendesk integration and Webmeeting infrastructure improvements

Introduced by 3CX Enterprise Edition
3CX Enterprise Edition is the most functional 3CX edition, which includes all the features of the Pro version, and an additional license for the backup server. In the Enterprise edition, the backup server operates in the hot-swap mode and instantly turns on when the primary server fails. The second license is one key that is activated on both the primary and the backup server. This solution will be in demand in large organizations where it is necessary to guarantee the fastest possible response of the fault tolerance system. The second license works in conjunction with the built-in 3CX fault tolerance mechanism, also used in the Pro edition. Chrome CallVia3CX Web Call Extension
The extension allows you to make calls from the CRM system, e-mail messages or any site with two clicks of the mouse. When you click on the number on the page, it is automatically copied to the 3CX client dialer for Windows, after which you click again to dial. No more copying or entering a number manually! Any web page becomes an extension of your CRM! This small improvement dramatically simplifies the work of employees who, by their nature, have to make many calls.

Zendesk user support system integration
Following the release of integrations with Freshdesk and Nutshell, we present the new 3CX integration module with Zendesk! Using the module, users can integrate 3CX Pro with Zendesk, getting the following benefits:
- Click to Call - click-to-call calls on a customer number in Zendesk. Calls are made by the 3CX software client or a supported IP phone
- Call Pop-up - a client card in Zendesk automatically opens when an incoming call
- If the caller’s number is not found, the system creates a new contact for the system.
- Call Journal - all calls are recorded in the Zendesk Call Log

3CX Webmeeting Cloud Infrastructure Enhancements
We optimized the Webmeeting server infrastructure located in our data centers:
- Optimization of infrastructure and improvement of the server side code 3CX Webmeeting
- Fixed a bug where users without a camera could not provide access to their screen and connect to a remote PC
- Fixed a bug where the e-mail invitations in the conference had the wrong date and time
- Known issue: users without a microphone or headphones cannot see the video image of other users
- Known issue: iOS and Android users can see and hear no more than 4 conference participants
