When competitors cannot compete in fair fight, they adopt the vile black PR methods. This is a story about how our clones staged a black PR campaign, but miscalculated.
Hello dear friends! I am writing another article about how the dirty tricks of competitors benefit our project.

More recently, a DDoS attack was organized on our service, after the repulse of which customers stuck to us even more. They worried with us, wrote words of support and offered help.

I talked about this on my page on the social network, but the competitors did not conclude.

Today, my morning began with a call from a client telling me that competitors called pozvonim service and offered their services, and under the sauce that CallbackKILLER bends, steals user data and only viruses on our site.

After that, they send two letters. The first one is that if our customers continue to work with us, everything will be bad, they will fall out of Yandex and Google search and lose their entire audience.

And then they send an advertising letter to start using their services, and they offer to transfer the balance completely from our office.

I do not understand how they consider their economy, there are suspicions that nothing.

We whole team laughed together at their “witty” move, but we immediately realized that this was only an occasion to unite our friendly community of CallbackKILLER users. Although we are copied externally, it is impossible to copy the organization of the customer service and the prompt and attentive service of each client.

And away we go: replies to letters, calls from customers, words of support. AAAA! It’s just a fire when you see how much you can make your customers happy and satisfied. Loyalty just rolls over. For the first time in our five-year history of business, we managed to achieve this, because we concentrated all our efforts on the product.
