- Before making any decision, try to get the most related information. A decision made on incomplete or incorrect information is likely to be bad.
- It is incredibly easy to run into a person due to some kind of oversight, almost as easy as flipping a switch. Resist this as soon as you can. Previously, you also made mistakes and made the wrong decisions, but this allowed you to grow and become who you are. Do not deprive your employees of such an opportunity.
- Always do something useful, even if you just pick up the crumpled leaf that fell past the basket and no one will know about it, you yourself already know that you did it. Do everything that you can in this situation for the product, company and customers.
- Recognize that you cannot do everything yourself. Learn to trust your employees.
- Obviously, there is a more efficient way to do what you do. How? Try not to focus on the obvious. Because there is always the simplest, and how the wrong decision is made.
- Find out which employees rely on you and how you can help them be more self-sufficient. Can you do something that no one else can do? Do not monopolize this skill. Isn’t it easier to pass on your skills to someone and learn something new?
- Do not say anything if this does not contribute to the discussion. Your voice is far from so melodic and beautiful to be surely heard.
- The best solution is not so important as creating the processes necessary for its implementation.
- Do not spare the rewards as well as the tips that everyone likes to litter right and left. With a kind word and a gun, you can achieve much more than just a gun.
- Never dwell on yourself. Selfishness has not brought anyone to good. Do not impede the cause for the sake of increasing your FAC.
